Dr. Mark Bernardi, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Mark Bernardi earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from Cornell University, where he graduated summa cum laude with research honors in Nutrition while also playing collegiate soccer. He later worked in clinical research at the Harvard Institute of Medicine, where he became a published author in orthopedics and sports medicine.
He received his medical degree from University of California San Diego School of Medicine, where he developed a strong interest in epidemiological health trends and global medicine. Dr. Bernardi has participated in medical volunteer work abroad in Kenya and Mexico and was invited to speak at the University of Nairobi School of Medicine as one of the institution’s youngest Grand Rounds speakers on U.S. healthcare policy.
Following residency training in emergency medicine at University of Arizona, Dr. Bernardi expanded his clinical focus into aesthetics, hormone optimization, and wellness medicine, bringing his experience and medical oversight to GLO Bar while also working with patients in the men’s health and wellness space. He has also been featured in Top Doctors Magazine.
As Medical Director and clinical leader, Dr. Bernardi provides medical oversight for GLO Bar, supporting clinical excellence, patient safety, and a high standard of patient care throughout the practice.
Emily Gold
FOUNDER
Emily is a well-trusted anti aging expert with 10 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and health and wellness space. She was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from UGA with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. From there, Emily made her way to Southern California where she went on to win an IFBB professional bikini competitor title in 2019.
During this time her professional background grew to become incredibly diverse, from medical assistant to a prominent plastic surgeon, to pharmaceutical sales rep. She eventually stumbled upon a position at a popular medical spa where she discovered her her passion and affinity for all things medical aesthetics, and quickly ascended the company ranks to become a spa director.
Her wide range of talents, technical skills, and competitive spirit has positioned her as an authority in aesthetics, and is what allowed her to launch Orange County’s premier medical spa in 2021. Emily is passionate not only about aesthetic enhancements, but about feeling confident in your skin and building a life you love. As Founder and Director of GLO Bar, she delights in providing the best patient experience possible and bringing out your best self, inside and out.
Alexandra Hutchison
CO-FOUNDER, AESTHETIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Alexandra (“Allie”) is a California Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She completed her undergraduate studies at Mount Saint Mary College in New York and dedicated over seven years in Critical Care and Trauma.
Allie obtained her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and graduated with a perfect GPA, all while battling the front lines of the Covid-19 pandemic. As an ICU Nurse, she received several awards for nursing excellence and exemplary patient care. She also stood on set of various Hollywood films based out of Austin, Texas. Allie is a New Jersey native, standout college athlete, proud military wife, and mom of three.
Allie has always had a passion for aesthetic medicine and decided to pursue her dream of becoming an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner. The ability to greatly impact someone’s self-worth and confidence by use of various aesthetic options is what drives her passion. Together with her medical expertise and passion for anti-aging techniques, she will undoubtedly make your natural beauty shine.

Alondra Sandoval Lara
AESTHETIC & WELLNESS NURSE PRACTITIONER
Alondra is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in wellness and aesthetic medicine and five years of nursing experience across a variety of clinical settings, including DOU/step-down, travel nursing, and float pool care. Her background in bedside nursing helped shape her adaptability, clinical judgment, and passion for patient-centered care. After gaining valuable experience as a Registered Nurse, she earned her Master of Science in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner degree from West Coast University.
Alondra has a strong passion for wellness and aesthetic medicine, with a deep appreciation for helping patients feel confident and healthy from the inside out. She believes wellness begins internally and that balanced health, confidence, and self-care all play an essential role in overall well-being and quality of life.
Her approach focuses on combining medical expertise with a holistic approach to help patients look, feel, and perform at their best while building trusting, supportive relationships throughout each patient’s wellness and aesthetic journey.

Samantha Stewart
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Samantha is a Licensed Aesthetician with over 13 years experience in Medical Esthetics. As someone who struggled with acne and subsequent mental & emotional pain that skin issues can cause, Samantha has a true passion for aesthetics. She believes true skin health is so important-affecting our mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Since graduating with honors in skin therapy at Paul Mitchel the school in 2010 in Costa Mesa, CA. Samantha has continued her education through the International Dermal Institute, Allergan Medical Institute, Skinbetter Academy, Alastin Skincare, Vitality Institute, PCA Skin, Image Skincare, ZO Skin Health and more. She has a strong desire to stay current in this ever changing industry and strives to be the professional, educated, and passionate esthetician her patients deserve.
Samantha began her aesthetic career in Southern California & is dedicated to providing the highest possible quality of treatments and care to each individual patient through ethical and results-driven aesthetic treatments. Working alongside plastic surgeons and dermatologists, she has gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of skin.

Krista Lutman
MEDICAL ASSISTANT, LICENSED ESTHETICIAN
Krista Lutman is a licensed Esthetician, Medical Assistant, and professional Makeup Artist with over 22 years of experience in healthcare, 13 years in makeup artistry, and 5 years specializing in aesthetics and skincare. Her diverse background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, and medical aesthetics allows her to provide patients with a unique combination of clinical knowledge, compassionate care, and an artistic eye for natural beauty.
Passionate about skin health, beauty, and confidence-building, Krista believes aesthetics should enhance natural beauty while helping patients feel comfortable and empowered in their own skin. Her background as a makeup artist further strengthens her understanding of facial aesthetics, color theory, and individualized beauty.
Krista is currently pursuing her nursing degree to continue expanding her education and growing within the medical aesthetics industry. She remains committed to ongoing education, advanced skincare techniques, and delivering ethical, results-driven care to every patient she meets.
Amber Roper
AESTHETIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR
Amber is an Aesthetic Treatment Coordinator at GLO Bar with a passion for aesthetics, patient experience, and creating meaningful connections with every client who walks through the door. Known for her warm and welcoming presence, she is dedicated to ensuring each patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
With a background in psychology and Italian studies, Amber has always been drawn to communication, human connection, and creating experiences that make people feel genuinely seen and understood. Her experience in luxury hospitality and patient care has shaped her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, allowing her to create a seamless and personalized experience for every patient she works with.
Amber loves being part of an industry centered around confidence, self-care, and helping people feel like the best version of themselves.
